Yalla Sales Pro
Growth partner for owner-led Saudi SMEs
The brief
A bilingual platform for a Saudi consultancy that ties marketing execution to sales discipline. English and Arabic as separate language trees, a twelve question scorecard that reads a visitor's sales system before anyone speaks to them, and response times published as commitments rather than adjectives.
Yalla Sales Pro is a Saudi consultancy for owner-led SMEs. It is the one entry here that is not an outside commission: the practice lists three named people, and technical development and growth engineering is the third seat. The positioning is deliberately narrow. Not a content agency, but the commercial partner that connects what a business publishes to what it actually collects, with every engagement opening on a diagnosis rather than a pitch.
The centrepiece is a twelve question scorecard. A visitor rates their own sales system, how quickly enquiries get answered, whether leads are tracked at all, how consistent the content is, what happens on day seven, and gets a band and a plain reading in about four minutes. Two of those questions sit on the homepage itself, so the assessment starts before anyone clicks through, and no call is required to see a result. It qualifies the visitor and the engagement in the same motion.
English and Arabic are separate hreflang-tagged trees rather than a translation overlay, and the Arabic build is mirrored into a full RTL layout set in IBM Plex Sans Arabic instead of a Latin face pressed into service.
The commitments section shapes everything around it: numbers the team can be held to, in place of adjectives. Fifteen minutes to a first human reply in working hours, twenty four hours to a qualification call rather than an automated form, ninety days to the one objective that was agreed and written down. Underneath sits Next.js App Router, Tailwind v4, fonts served from the origin, and structured data describing the practice as a ProfessionalService with the FAQ marked up in its own block.
