OmranTrk
Real estate & investment platform
The brief
A multilingual property platform for a Yalova-based investment firm, built to convert international buyers. Listings filter by type, location and budget, prices resolve per currency, and every path ends in a lead.
OmranTrk sells residential property in Yalova, Turkey to buyers who are mostly not in Turkey — Gulf, European and Iranian investors researching from abroad. The site had to carry the full weight of that decision: what the unit is, what it costs in the buyer's own currency, what the neighbourhood looks like, and how to reach a human quickly.
I built the listing architecture around a custom post type with taxonomies for project, unit type and status, so a single property can surface across search, its compound page, and the investment blog without duplicating content. Filters run against those taxonomies, and the currency layer rewrites displayed prices against a stored base rate.
The whole platform is localised into five languages through WPML, with the Arabic and Persian variants running a mirrored RTL layout rather than a flipped stylesheet. Lead capture is deliberately redundant — a sticky WhatsApp CTA, an inline enquiry form on every listing, and a contact page — because the preferred channel varies sharply by market.
